Is this an app or some kind of software?

No, this is a purpose-built system that I implement specifically for your business. The system itself is built on over 12 years of experience with a bunch of different trades businesses. Although each business is unique, there are common problems that everyone shares. I install this system and create a version just for you that effectively acts as a virtual admin team for your business.

Do I need to learn new software?

No. It's designed to work with how you already do things. You can send texts and emails to it and it handles the rest – processes, captures and stores information and can even perform certain tasks for you as if it were a digital person.
Does it use AI?

Yes. AI is the engine that makes it powerful. It's like ChatGPT but specifically setup for your business. It knows you, your company, and everything it needs to be an effective assistant.
I've tried AI. It doesn't really work the way I want it to.

AI is not a silver bullet. It can do incredible things if pointed in the right direction. I train, configure, and manage the AI system so that it is finely tuned for your business.
